What starts as a routine car repossession quickly spirals into a world of government conspiracies, radioactive Chevrolets, televangelists, UFOs, and Los Angeles punk culture. Alex Cox's Repo Man remains one of the great American cult films—equal parts science fiction, black comedy, and punk satire, with an iconic soundtrack and a razor-sharp sense of humor.
Wolf's Head Film joins Upper Peninsula Hardcore (UPHC) for this special screening in support of Yoop! Fest. Like the communities behind this event, Repo Man grew from an underground scene that valued creativity over polish and participation over spectacle. Four decades later, it still feels as unruly, sharp, and relevant as ever.
